Burn baby burn!

Chili ninja is back with another ass kicking, tongue rocking, mouth firing adventure with our latest Burn Baby Burn. This blend of eye watering wonder will get your dinner party lasting through the next day! Spicy, yet sweet it leaves a lasting effect one can only enjoy or cry about.


3 Habaneros

10 Birds eye chilies

1 Onion

6 Cloves garlic

2 Mandarin/oranges

2 tbs Worcester sauce

10 Cherry tomatoes

1/2 cup Red wine

5 ml Olive oil

1 tbs chili flakes

2 tbs Sugar

1 tbs Apricot jam

1tbs Paprika powder

1 ts Cumin

1/2 cup Apple vinegar

5 ml Tomatoes sauce

1 Vegetable stock

1/2 tbs Pepper

1/2 tbs Salt

2 tbs Ketchup

1 tbs Chili flakes


Cut onion and garlic in slices, put on baking paper along with the birds eye chilies.  Put in oven for 20 minutes or until they start to go brown. Cut cherry tomatoes and habanero chilies and fry in pan with olive oil. After 5 minutes add the rest of the ingredients, including the onion, garlic and birds eye chilies from the oven. Squeeze in the juice from mandarins. Stir well and let it simmer for 20 minutes. Blend in food processor or blender until it becomes a thick and creamy sauce. Decant in bottles and top with chili flakes for extra flare 😀
