Taco Diablo

We here at Chili Ninja are bringing you another death by chili experience with our latests Taco Diablo! This one will get your taco packing it’s bags and heading out of the door while crying into the sour cream.

This recipe creates a 1L party of constant kung fu kicking, Mexican gangster shit happening in your mouth!



2 Onions

3 Medium since tomatoes

10 Birds eye chilies

2 Habanero chilies

1 tbs Chili flakes

1/2 cup of white wine

6 Cloves of garlic

3 tbs Sugar

1 Can of chopped tomatoes

2 tbs Apricot jam

10 Slices of pickled jalapeño peppers

1/4 cup of pickled jalapeño pepper brine

2 tbs Cumin powder

1 ts Salt

1 tbs Pepper

1 tbs Paprika

2 tbs Worcester sauce

2 tbs Chili flakes

1/2 Vegetable stock cube

2 tbs Ketchup

135ml Apple cider vinegar or vinegar of choice


Chop onions, chilies and garlic. Fry onions and chilies in oil, add the garlic once the onions are soft and simmer for 5 minutes. Chop tomato and add them to the pot and cook for 5 minutes. Add the rest of the ingredients and simmer for 20 minutes while stirring like a lazy bat out of hell, frequently.

Put the contents of the pot in a food processor or in our case, a Hello Kitty smoothy maker, and blend until the sauce is smooth and creamy. Serve to an unsuspecting guest and enjoy the after effects.
